Ann Davis, PhD, MPH, ABPP

Dr. Ann Davis is a board-certified pediatric psychologist, an elected member of the Society for Pediatric Research, a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and The Obesity Society and the 2019 Past President of the Society of Pediatric Psychology, Division 54 of the American Psychological Association. She has received numerous grants from the National Institutes of Health in the areas of pediatric obesity and pediatric feeding and enjoys mentoring students and trainees in these areas.


Dr. Davis graduated from the University of Kansas with a dual degree in Psychology and English. She attended Western Michigan University for her PhD in Clinical Psychology and completed her psychology internship at Father Flanagan's Boys Home in Nebraska. After a two-year research fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, she returned to her native home in Kansas, to accept a faculty position at the University of Kansas Medical Center in the Department of Pediatrics in 2001.
